We are so happy and grateful to be fortunate enough to have Adrian as our wedding DJ! From the beginning, Adrian was quick to respond to my request and met with us over zoom to ask us what we are looking for as well as what he provides. He has a great portfolio to reference which was easy to see his style. We chose Adrian specifically because we have a similar interest in music. He was very attentive and willing to provide us with whatever we asked for and went above and beyond to make our day perfect. He played all the songs we requested and helped the flow of our wedding go by seamlessly. He even traveled out to our venue location on his own to scope out the area, so that he could plan for the best setup. Since we live in New York, all of our meetings had to be remote, but this was no problem at all with Adrian. We cannot express in words how happy we are with choosing Adrian and definitely recommend him for any future weddings or events.

DJ Adrian was fantastic to work with! If you are looking for a DJ who will go out of their way to make sure your day is perfect while having lots of fun, he is your guy! As a wedding planner I work with a lot of DJ's and he is one I will definitely be recommending to my couples!

We hired Adrian for our backyard wedding that included only our immediate family - a total of 20. The date of our wedding was right as businesses started to reopen, due to c-19. Adrian had a thorough conversation with us about the set-up, numbers of guests, etc. Safety was a priority & we appreciated this. He also assured us about the precautions he takes with c-19 & that put us at ease as well! After we all got on the same page with health & safety and we all agreed to contract, Adrian sent us a questionnaire link that helped us get familiar with all of the song selections we needed to consider. It was so useful for getting our brains going on all of that we didn’t even know we had consider!
I am an extremely organized & detail-oriented individual. It was a breath of fresh air that Adrian is too! After we submitted the questionnaire, Adrian was available to me by phone and text as we worked out the details. I put heavy trust in his expertise, thoughts on our submissions & suggested changes. He was all about it. We texted songs back and forth, he played some by phone and gave me alternate songs to consider, while also providing his experience. I couldn’t ask for a better dj to collaborate on all of this that meant so much to me. My fiancée and I were both prioritizing a great vibe at our wedding and the music was a big contributing factor.
Adrian joined us for the rehearsal, the evening before our wedding. He jumped into coordinator mode with our bridal party & he immediately collaborated with the officiant on working out the kinks. He was super patient & made it a good time for us & himself it seemed. He really enjoys his craft of putting music to the occasion and making his customers happy.
The day of - Adrian was extremely prompt. He set up hours earlier than expected, checked in with my fiancée & was really excited to get going. Not only this, but his attire was extremely professional, which we really appreciated.
Adrian did our ceremony music, which went off without hitch! He announced us as Mr. & Mrs., using a song he suggested, which we ended up loving! And he was really good with acclimating to our group. He was really fun, always organized and had things ready on queue, always prepared with the next things coming up. Since we had such a small group, we also had several changes. Adrian worked flawlessly with our photographer and points of contact and adjusted quickly with no problems. He just went with the flow, always with excellent demeanor.
After most of the wedding traditions were over and we jumped into the dance, I pretty much gave Adrian free range to play what he felt was best, and he did and it was so fun! If he played anything that the group wasn’t feeling, that was the last of that and he’d jump into other music that got us all on the dance floor.
The cutest thing Adrian did was that he played a few party songs you may be familiar with that have instruction, Adrian joined (with mask on) the dance floor and led the whole thing! It was so much fun! He is a blast.
When the time came to end the dance, Adrian’s clean up was quick & efficient.
Honestly, aside from obviously recommending Adrian as a dj for any event because of his skill, organization & keen attention to detail, I would HIGHLY recommend him because he is super fun, respectful, professional and was always in touch with me by phone or text.
You can’t go wrong with choosing Adrian for a dj for any event. Highly recommend.

We were so happy to have picked Adrian to DJ for our wedding. He was open to suggestions and helped us plan ahead with what types of music we wanted played throughout the evening. Adrian made sure to visit the site so he could plan his set up accordingly especially since our venue was mostly outdoors and he reviewed everything with us prior to the event. DJ Merendon definitely paid attention to the crowd on the dance floor and incorporated a lot of our requested songs along with many others that he was able to transition in seamlessly. To handle the range of tastes with the age groups, his music went from throwbacks to cha-cha to oldies to hip hop with some wedding crowd favorites like line-dancing type songs. He also put together an amazing cocktail hour list at our request for throwback R&B songs and the guests absolutely loved it. Also, we included some of his lighting options in our package and it really set the mood at the venue so we highly recommend that as well! DJ Merendon was accommodating and easy to work with and will handle all your wedding music needs!
