Tucked away in the Woodland Gardens, the Hughes Pavilion at the Dixon is an elegant venue that can be transformed to fit any style. The large skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows of the Pavilion offer ample light and a panoramic view of the woodlands, and the surrounding patios allow your event to spill into the outdoors. Our sprawling 17 acre grounds house two garden spaces to choose from for a ceremony: the sweeping expanse of the South Lawn and the more intimate circle of the Bowlin Stage.

The Hughes Pavilion is the perfect setting for a wedding reception or rehearsal dinner, and it can accommodate up to 200 for a cocktail-style reception using both the inside and the patios, or ~80-120 seated inside (plus
~50-100 seated outside) for a sit-down/served meal. Wedding rental includes:

• Complimentary parking and a parking lot guard (valet services not offered)
• A selection of tables and chairs for use at the Pavilion, as well as setup and breakdown of those tables and chairs
• Ceremony rehearsal time (if applicable) and engagement photo time
• A Dixon manager-on-duty to help manage the venue during your event (please note, the Dixon does not provide wedding coordination services)

The Dixon is also partnered with Park+Cherry by Chef Phillip Dewayne to provide onsite catering; catering costs are separate from the venue rental fee and more information is available at http://www.dixon.org/venue-rental.
