From the moment you and your guests arrive on property you will feel the relaxed upscale atmosphere The Diplomat Golf & Tennis Club is proud to offer.

Our property features a stunning terrace overlooking the fountain and golf course allowing for a scenic outdoor ceremony or cocktail reception. Our Royal Palm offers events from 30 to 75 guests, an elegant private space with its own terrace for a dual indoor/outdoor venue. Our spacious 7,300 square foot ballroom overlooking the golf course features high ceilings boasting twenty-eight lowly lit chandeliers making for the ultimate romantic setting from 75 to 500 guests.

Our sales team combined with our banquet staff and award winning chef and culinary team are here to ensure your wedding is an unforgettably amazing, once in a lifetime event creating an everlasting memory of your special day. We have done our best to include all the essentials in each package such as open bar, cocktail and dinner cuisine, toast, a custom designed wedding cake, choice of color linen, chiavari chairs, and valet parking for your guests.

Information and Frequently Asked Questions

Ceremonies

Ceremonies can be arranged at $1,500 plus 23% service charge and 6% sales tax. Price includes white garden chairs set up theater style. All décor and sound is to be provided by your selected vendors.

Linen and Chairs

All of our packages include your choice of color satin floor length table linen and napkins and chiavari chairs. Other specialty linen and overlays are available at an additional cost.

Tastings

A complimentary tasting for our plated meal service is available for up to four guests. Your menu tasting will be scheduled as part of your wedding details within three months prior to your wedding date.

Get Ready Rooms

We provide a complimentary room for your use for before and during your function. Times are based on availability.

Bar

All of our packages (with the exception of Brunch) include a Deluxe Brand Bar. Spirits to include: Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire, Bacardi 8, Crown Royal, Johnny Walker Black, Patron, Maker's Mark, Seagram's Seven, House Wine, Domestic and Imported Beer Selections, Assorted Soft Drinks, Juices, and Bottled Water. Please note that Brands are subject to change at any time and without notice. If you have any special requests, speak to your Catering Manager.

Cake

A custom wedding cake is included in your package. A tasting and design appointment can be arranged directly with the cake vendors on our preferred vendor list.

Parking

Valet parking is included in all packages.

Child Pricing

Children's meals of chicken fingers, french fries, and fruit are available at $35++ for children under 12 years of age.

Vendor Meals

Meals are available to offer your vendors at $25++.

Deposits and Final Payment Information

A total food and beverage minimum will apply to your event. This minimum is determined based upon the event space and a minimum package price per person. This minimum may vary based upon the season and date of interest.

A deposit is required to secure your event space on a definite basis. Your initial deposit will be equal to 25% of your minimum contract value.

Service Charge and Florida State Sales Tax

A taxable 23% service charge and 6% state sales tax will be added to all final bills.
