We hired Diana & Co for bridal party hair and makeup. Communication before hand was easy and signing the contract was smooth. On the day of, Diana showed up 20 minutes late no apology or heads up she's running late. In fact not even a hello GM. We showed her hair inspo from her own work and what she delivered was nowhere near what we asked for. She used no products to hold hair and it fell by the time we escorted her to the elevator.
The makeup was just as bad, she didn't have product to match our skin tone with patchy coverage. I asked for matte smoky eye and got Shimmer simple glam. No lip liner. The makeup creased within a couple of hours and the lashes just fell after an hour.
Overall, I can't in good faith recommend her services. I have two stars: her assistant did arrive early and waited for her and she did complete the services, though unsatisfactory.
