Finding Diamond Cut Catering, has been a blessing to our family and to the new happily married couple! My meager "thank you" will never be enough appreciation for what Lena and her fantastic Diamond Cut Catering crew provided! With any business agreement, communication and respect for the person in which one is doing business and the one receiving services is a number one priority and from the moment I found Lena and her amazing crew, it was apparent this is their number one priority too! Not only did the communication flow beautifully, before, during and after the ceremony, their standards are above and beyond those in the same profession. My son had his wedding at 10:30 in the morning, which, although gorgeous, presented new obstacles. Lena and her right hand, and talented chef, Zachary, put us at ease from those obstacles and showed up 4 hours early to the venue to make sure EVERYTHING was set up perfectly! And, it was perfect!! Now, if Lena and her Diamond Cut Catering crew can put so much effort into the small details, you can only imagine how fabulous the food tasted. IT WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD! Moist, succulent, beautifully flavored and plentiful! My review could go on and on just on the food alone but behind the amazing menu are amazing people who truly care and love what they do! I also chose to have bar service and our bar server, Jennifer was fantabulous! Again, communication was key since the reception was outside, in a barn and it happened to be one of the hottest days of the summer, she quickly advised us when we were low on ice! She was on top of it and all our guests enjoyed her! As I mentioned, it was a very hot day and not once did I see our servers complain, but instead were right there by our side serving the wedding party with appetizers and water while we took after ceremony pictures, along with taking care of our guests! I never once worried about our family and friends, because I knew they were in good hands! Thank you Lena & DCC Team!
