We absolutely love De's! They are family owned, and really care about their customers! They have been in business for a very long time, so long my Dad bought my Mom's engagement ring after 30+ years of being married at De's. My husband went to Dennis to find out engagement ring. Dennis really gave my husband the time and attention helping him pick the perfect diamond! We went back and got both of our wedding bands from there! We love De's and highly recommend them!

My husband and I both went to many jewelry stores to look for my engagement ring. De's was very helpful and easy to deal with. My husband went back several times to look at different princess cut stones they had ordered in for him to look at. They gave him a detailed sheet with a picture of the final setting and stone with the price breakdown of everything. It also had all the details of diamond, cut,clarity, ratings etc on the sheet. When we ordered the ring was done on time and they gave us paperwork for insurance appraisal and the GIA certificate for the diamond. The only negative is that we went back to look at getting our wedding rings there but found that they were really overpriced on current gold/platinum metal prices compared to rings on the internet. They also were not very helpful in finding a suitable wedding ring that matched my engagement ring since it didn't come in a set. The ring didn't sit perfectly.
