I have been in the seafood industry since the time I was a young boy, sorting crabs and shoveling ice for my Dad in his Fresh Seafood Market in Wilmington, DE. My passion for this industry blossomed over the years as my family business grew and I quickly became involved with the Local Oyster Grower's community and started building relationships with them directly on providing local consumers with a high quality experience. Focusing on the delivery of a fresh, properly shucked oyster, with knowledge and explanation behind it to ensure Delaware Oysters are represented in the best way possible.
