About
Hi we are a local family owned catering co. We use local product on our menu and offer on site pig roasts and catering with our fully equipted mobile kitchen. I am a member of the Kansas City bbq society and a certified bbq judge. We use local hardwood and fruit wood from TS Smith produce to smoke our pigs and offer beef brisket, ribs and chicken. We can do the cooking on site.
