My wedding cake was absolutely gorgeous, exactly the designs I requested on all three layers and it tasted amazing. All my guests loved it. The cannoli filling with fresh strawberries was so delicious and the cake itself very moist and melt in your mouth. I highly recommend this vendor. My florist did the fresh flower decorations for the cake and the result was simply outstanding.

I had a gorgeous wedding cake that was customized to my liking. I got nothing but compliments from everyone how delicious and gorgeous the cake was. I've always gotten my cakes for all family events from Del Ponte's and without fail they have all been perfect !

Del Ponte's and Simona's are the best bakeries on the Jersey Shore. The family has been in the bakery business for many, many years and it shows. We had many different wedding events (pre-cocktail party, reception and two post wedding cake and champagne parties) and each cake was more spectacular than the last. The wedding cake for the actual reception was perfection! It was so good we didn't even save the top tier for our first anniversary - we ate it the next day. On our first anniversary we'll go to Simona's and order another one!

Our wedding was at the Breakers, which gets the cakes from Del Ponte's, lucky for us! It was so delicious, and they were awesome to work with. I got many compliments on the 3 flavors we got (peaches and cream - that was ours and the top tier, which I ate stale and still delicious over a week later - cannolli and chocolate raspberry).
