Established in Wellesley in 1988, the brainchild of a young, blossoming chef, we have forged our mark into the greater Boston catering market by providing quality and service that is second to none. Our new location in Natick has served us well since opening in 2014 with a lovely tasting parlor where we meet with clients. Pick ups are available from this location.

Cindy and Deja Blu Catering are the best! Cindy had us sold at the tasting. Nothing else compared. We loved absolutely everything we tried. The only "negative" was deciding on what to choose for our menu...we wanted everything. Throughtout the process Cindy was professional and easy to work with. The day of the event the food was just as good as the tasting. All of our guests commented on how delicious the food was. The salmon was to die for. Everything ran smoothly. Her staff was professional. We couldn't have been happier with Deja Blu. We would definitely pick them again in a heartbeat and if we ever have need of a caterer in the future will be contacting the. I feel so lucky to have found Deja Blu. My husband and I both have people with severe food allergies to dairy, nuts, and eggs in our families, including our best man and maid of honor. We wanted to create a space where they could just go up to a buffet and eat whatever looked good without worrying about it. (Just to make things more fun, we also eat Kosher-style.)Sent on 08/14/2016
Deja Blu absolutely delivered. Cindy Mamane held a private tasting with us before we even booked her, and worked with us to prepare a completely allergen-free menu of hors d'oeuvres and main dishes. Everything was delicious. I had guests tell me later that they were concerned when they first saw our note about everything the food would not contain, and then pleasantly surprised at how good it all was. And my maid of honor was thrilled.
Cindy was great to work with - prompt, reassuring and professional. She worked with us on the contract and was always quick to reply to my questions. As an example: less than a month before the wedding, a friend told me they had just been diagnosed with Celiac disease, and asked if there would be any gluten-free food available. I panicked a bit - we had been so worried about our other specific allergies that we didn't even think of gluten - but Cindy responded to my email within minutes to reassure me that all the food was gluten-free unless it was obviously bread. Phew!
We ended up using Deja Blue to coordinate several other aspects of the wedding, including rentals (tables, chairs, linens, dishes) and running the bar. We also hired a day-of coordinator, Melanie Graveline, through Deja Blu. It was a relief to keep the number of vendors to a minimum. Melanie was a star - I don't even know how many fires she put out the day of the wedding, but she exuded calmness and put us at ease.
Amazingly, Deja Blu was also the least expensive caterer we looked at. It came out to around $100 per person, including rentals. I highly recommend them for any event.

Cindy and her staff were amazing. Cindy was so helpful during every step of the planning process and helped us figure out what kind of event we wanted! She gave recommendations and worked with the other vendors to coordinate everything. She always responded quickly to emails and patiently answered all of my questions! On the day of our wedding, Cindy went above and beyond when communicating with the other vendors, coordinating deliveries, and setting up in our "DIY" venue. If it wasn't were Cindy, we would not have had such an amazing event! I am so grateful we had such a professional and competent caterer who was willing to go above and beyond to make the event run smoothly. The set up was absolutely gorgeous, the food was incredible, and the service was impeccable. So many guests requested seconds (and thirds!) of the delicious buffet food, and many guests commented that the dinner food was exceptional!
