We couldn’t be happier with the quality and selection of photos we received from David J Owen Photography covering our September wedding. From the planning stages to the finished photos, we felt completely taken care of and had no stress or doubts that everything would run smoothly. David was able to capture the most beautiful moments! The quality of his photos is top notch and we are truly grateful that we will always be able to look at these photos to remind us of our perfect wedding day.

David was wonderful to work with! He is an incredibly skilled photographer and created exactly the types of images we were looking for... natural, artsy, capturing the essence of people. He was very good at communicating with us and keeping us on track with what needed to be done. His affable personality made it a joy to spend time with him. He seamlessly blended into the background at the wedding while still photographing every important moment from many angles. We are thrilled with how the photographs turned out. We would highly recommend him!

We met David at the Grand Social Tasting at our Wedding Venue, up till meeting him we were set on not having a photographer at our wedding. After meeting him though we knew we had to do it. His packages were a great bang for your buck. His work that he had displayed on his table was amazing!!! We loved the albums and were still interested even though he was from the Cities and we were getting married in Two Harbors. He was it! We are so happy with our decision! We would not have our memories in such an amazing way if it was not for David capturing them so beautifully! We love our album and canvas wrap! Each piece of work he made for us flows together wonderfully! His professionalism is also unsurpassed! He consistently kept in touch with us from when we first booked him to even now a few months after the wedding with making sure we received everything we wanted out of our package. He was also early on the wedding day and even though we expected to first meet up with him at noon that day he surprised me by coming to my hair appt and getting a few shots at 9AM! That was a fantastic surprise and when he says that he will give you a "comprehensive session" he means it because he didn't head out till 11 that night! He made sure to catch all the little details of our wedding, which there were a lot! He also managed to keep everyone along a tight timeline like we were hoping since we were doing a bit of traveling for the photos away from the venue! David was great to get along with and very personable! Everyone enjoyed meeting and working with him! Highly Recommended!! We look forward to working with David more in the future! :)
