A small but elegant cake for a Destination Wedding. Fondant covered with piped scrollwork and a silk flower topper made by me.

Tackle box is a fondant groom's cake with lures, worms, and bobbers. This cake was red velvet, the grooms favorite. The tools and hooks etc. were made by me of gum paste. The board was fondant made to look like distressed boards of a dock. His real tackle box is black and red.

Butter cream covers this cake with a seaside theme, designed by the groom. The flowers are handmade gumpaste, the sea shells are white chocolate and the pearls and rope trim are fondant. All the coral pieces are piped with royal icing. This cake served 225 guests.

Butter cream covers this stack of boxes made of French vanilla cake. Fondant ribbons adorn the sides in bright blue the color theme of this wedding.

Triple chocolate Groom's cake with Dipped Strawberries. Ganache covers the top and spills over the sides for a decorative touch.

Cream cheese butter cream frosting conceals 3 tiers of decadant chocolate fudge cake. Each tier was piped with a different design.

This cake is made to look like a stack of pillows with a stiltto sandal at the top. The shoe is made of gumpaste and the cushions are covered in fondant with hand piping on one.

A pink ballerina cake for a 13 year old, features a strawberry flavored icing with a French vanilla cake and strawberry cream filling.

Blue icing with chocolate piping to replicate the lace pattern of the bride's dress with chocolate fudge cake and chocolate mousse filling laced with coffee liqueur to intensify the flavors.

Iced with a special Ivory butter cream each of the small cakes were a different flavor, German chocolate, marble with chocolate filling, and yellow cake with strawberry filling. The large cake was French vanilla with raspberry fill. These were topped with fresh flowers arranged by me.

A baby shower cake covered in fondant with a clothesline of baby things blowing in the breeze. A baby on a rocking horse topper and butter cream grass circles the base tier.

A small family celebration in honor of a couple's 50th Wedding Anniversary. Gum paste flowers and golden rings entwined top off this gem of a cake. Buttery yellow cake was filled with vanilla mousse and covered in silken Italian butter cream.

A cigar entusiasts delight was recreated in a fondant enrobed chocolate cake with fondant cigars, ash tray and lighter, for a grooms cake that made all the groomsmen smile.

A red velvet cake covered with almond flavored fondant was made to serve 300 guests. The six tiers were separaed with beautiful red American Beauty roses placed in between each tier.

This fondant covered cake is almost completely covered with gumpaste flowers and piping as well as cut lace effect boarders of fondant.

The bride and groom cookies can be made of vanilla or chocolate sugar dough with fondant tux in white or black and bride in white or ivory with flower color matching the wedding colors. Each one is packaged and tied with matching ribbon.

The Asian inspired piping was designed by the bride. The grooms cake was a red frisbee. Cake was chocolate fudge with almond butter cream filling.

Groom's cake of the Ultimate Fighting Championship cage atop a fondant covered 15 X 17 cake with Bavarian cream filling. The cage is a permanent keepsake for the groom's collection of fighters.

Birthday cake to Oz on yellow brick road

This is a 3 tiered baby shower cake featuring Chico the popular monkey. It was French Vanilla cake and butter cream filling. The polka dots in the icing were gum paste and the ledges were lined with coconut.

This cake was red velvet, French vanilla and chocolate under fondant, with diamond impression and pearls. The roses are fresh flowers.

This is the Groom's cake that went with the red rose cake. It was red velvet cake with fondant cover and topped with cake truffles, the Groom's favorite. The truffles were also boxed for favors at each place setting.

These are a Specialty Item to enhance the usual Sweet Table. They are Italian Wedding Cookie Trays comprised of biscotti, Pignoli, Sesame Seed cookies, butter cookies rolled in pistachio nuts and topped with chocolate, Sicilian filled crescents, almond cookies and chocolate butter cookies. Jordan almonds also added to the tray, are known as confetti.

These lovely little tarts are Traditional Italian Wedding sweets. The filling is a delightful almond cream and topped with royal icing and pearls with piping and a tiny floral in a color to match the wedding decor. They can be used at Bridal Showers and Baby Showers as well.

This lovely little cake was made for a Destination Wedding and the reception was at Shades of Green at Disney. The floral topper was silks and made personally by the cake designer. It was a chocolate cake with chocolate cream filling. The entire process was arranged by email with the bride.

This cake was red, white and black fondant covering French Vanilla cakes. The groom made the topper to match the theme.

This was the grooms cake to the previous cake. It was fashioned after the grooms real tackle box and had hooks, bobbers, reels and worms in a cup. The board was made of fondant to look like a wooden deck. It was filled with red velvet cake.

A Destination Wedding reception held at the Empress Lily at Downtown Disney. The fall themed cake had a topper made of fresh fall flowers and a cascade of gum paste autumn leaves falling across the front of the tiers. Miniature pumpkins added to the fall flair. The cake was French Vanilla cake with almond butter cream filling.

This cake was chocolate tiers with peanut butter filling and a Rustic butter cream finish. Each tier was encircled with fresh field flowers and the topper was a cute figurine provided by the bride.

This cake was called the Grassy Meadows cake. The bride saw a picture in a magazine she liked but the color was green. She request a change to lavender and it worked well. The top and sides of the cake was covered in purple silks and a few edible butterflies. The spikes are made of gum paste to represent blades of grass. I think of it as a meadow in twilight. French vanilla cake with vanilla butter cream filling.

All six tiers of this enormous cake were made of Red Velvet cake and cream cheese butter cream filling. The red roses made a lovely accompaniment to the red cake.

Destination wedding cakes are one of our specialties. They are economically priced, beginning at $150.00 for two or three tiers. Just because your cake is small, that does not mean it can't be as beautiful and delicious as any wedding cake you have ever seen or tasted. Many times these weddings are scheduled on a week day and that is not a problem for us, in fact it will free up our weekends in many cases, so don't worry if you need to book us on a Tuesday or Friday.

We create high-end wedding cakes that are truly artfully presented and totally affordable. Presently we are taking appointments to book into 2014 and later dates. We don't over book our schedule with more than two weddings a weekend, so that your cake will recieve all the care and attention it rightfully deserves.
