My husband and I were very pleased with Crystal Limo service! Our driver (I wish I could remember his name) was professional and fun, and got our wedding party around quickly and safely. He was very helpful when it came to getting my huge dress into the limo multiple times. :-P The limo was beautiful; clean and sparkling on the inside and out. The inside was neat, and well stocked with a variety of beverages. The price we paid was right, especially considering the good service we got. I will remember Crystal Limo in the future and refer them to all of my friends!

Crystal limousine was the absolute perfect choice for our wedding. Tom was a wonderful and very cooperative gentleman. My wife and I called sixteen, different companies,and that's not an exaggeration, and not only was crystal the cheapest, but also the most courteous. I do not write reviews or testimonials for anyone, but the service that we received from booking,to our various pick ups, to our drop off, was nothing short of stellar. The limousines that were provided for us were top notch and state of the art. My family will NEVER consider another company, ever again. “I just want to say how thoroughly impressed I am with Crystal Limousine. From the first time I made contact with Tom, he responded quickly and then stayed with me every step of the way as I finalized my plans. You can tell how much pride he takes in the company and making sure his customers are happy. On the big day, Randy showed up when promised and got us to our destinations on time. He provided great customer service throughout the entire evening, especially when it came to coordinating the time and place of pick-ups and drop-offs. He really took the “logistical worries” out of the equation, so we could just enjoy the evening. The limousine was extremely clean and well-cared for. I was very pleased with the level of service I received and the professionalism of Fred, our driver. He was extremely polite and extremely accommodating of last minute changes to our original route/plan. I thought the value was incredible, as I received much higher quotes from other companies. The limo was a half hour late picking us up and then when the driver got to my house he was asking ME for directions. Should he know how to get where he is going considering he has known for months where the ceremony was taking place?! Reasonable price, but not worth the headache.

We got married May 16, 2015. Our driver Randy was 15 minutes late picking us up and we barely made it to the church in the strip District in time for the ceremony. His only concern was his tip in cash as he reminded me as soon as I approached the car at my house. About five minutes into the ceremony one of my bridesmaids realized she didn't have her bouquet of flowers. So my father went outside only to find the limousine unlocked and unattended with the driver Randy was nowhere around. There were purses, Cell Phone's and and other valuables that we left in the limousine purposely thinking they would be safe. After bringing in the flowers, my father went on a mission to find a driver and see why the car was left unattended. He found Randy the driver 2 1/2 blocks away sitting at the counter of Primanti Brothers eating and having a drink. Be sure to have a few drinks yourself before dealing with this company.

Crystal Limousine is the worst limo service I have ever used. Do not let them fool you with low prices. You get what you pay for and they nickel and dime you for everything!

Gross limo's, smelly and dirty.

This place should not be allowed to do business.

I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I booked, these limo's were disgusting and the service was horrible.

Beware of this place and the owner Tom, he should learn to take constructive feedback, they need it!
