We booked a solo violinist through Crystal Coast Musicians for our wedding ceremony and had an excellent experience. We worked with Barbara to set everything up, and she was incredibly responsive, helped guide us with our song selections, and was very reasonably priced. Shirley was our violinist, and all of our guests were VERY impressed! We only had her perform on the day of the wedding (she didn’t attend the rehearsal), and she coordinated seamlessly with our wedding planner, ensuring the ceremony went off without a hitch. We were recommended to Bonnie and Crystal Coast Musicians by our wedding planner Geneva and we are so so happy we chose them for our wedding ceremony. We had our ceremony at The Carraway Garden near Tryon Palace, so we were going for an elegant yet casual garden wedding ceremony. When we asked Bonnie for a list of songs to pick from, she sent us an extensive list of recommendations and even said she could play anything else we wanted. The three songs we chose were Aria, Bach Air on the G String, and Intermezzo (Mascagni). All three sounded like you were sitting in Carnegie Hall while listening to the NY Philharmonic, they were THAT good! The music was so elegant, so professional, and so perfect. I highly recommend using Bonnie and Crystal Coast for your wedding, you won’t regret it.

We booked a solo violinist through the Crystal Coast Musicians for our outdoor wedding at Pine Knoll Shores Aquarium and the music was EXACTLY what we wanted. The violinist came to our rehearsal and the wedding. She was early and organized and played the music we requested and also chose appropriate songs once she learned about us and what kind of music we liked. The beautiful music made our wedding even more enchanting and we couldn't have asked for better service-- also SO affordable! The musician was friendly, warm and truly cared about our event. We highly recommend this music service for ANYONE getting married on the coast (we got married near Atlantic Beach).

The music was absolutely perfect for our wedding and Bonny was such a pleasure to work with! I do not think any other vendor was so organized and stayed in constant communication. Would highly recommend!

What an absolute joy to work with this group. Bonny was so sweet and accommodating. She made sure that everything ran smoothly from the rehearsal, to the wedding to the cocktail hour. Crystal Strings Quartet really made my wedding ceremony! I was so happy with the responsiveness Bonny showed mewhen we contacted her a month before the ceremony because our original musicians bailed on us! Bonny was flexible and happy to travel to my ceremony venue. Their website wedding guide and sample music made picking the wedding music simple and enjoyable. The music was beautiful, and although I didn't actually meet the musicians I so appreciated their dedication and traveling to my wedding! Would definitely recommend!!

I spoke with Bonny in regards to payments and music choices. She was super sweet and a pleasure to work with! I have no idea who actually performed at my wedding. My wedding started at 4:30. Guests said that the musicians did not start playing until 4:20 or after. That was very disappointing to hear. We married at Carolina Colours. The weddings are typically right outside of the country club doors. I think it would have been nice to have actually had music while every was gathering…not in the finally few minutes. They did not complete one song “Hallelujah” which was supposed to be the one song that was played during the ceremony. They played it simply for the closing prayer. As soon as we walked down the aisle, those guys were gone. Not once ounce of music after, nor did they ever try to speak to my husband or myself. I do think they are skilled at what they do and I am still glad I hired someone to play (cello and guitar) for my ceremony. However, I wish I didn’t pay $500 for 15 minutes of music.

I signed the contract, and paid the deposit. I was assured any music I wanted they could play. I gave them an idea of what I wanted months in advance, everything was great. Bonny was super friendly. A few weeks before the wedding, I gave them the final list, everything hit the fan. They had no time to learn the music. I had my music ready for a while, I could have given it to them, but I didn't need to according to them. They dropped me, when I called to discuss it, they were rude and wouldn't let me get a word in. They did, however, refer an outstanding dj.
