Judy helped my husband plan a cruise for our honeymoon. She was great to work with, responsive in helping us figure out what we were looking for, and was great about making all the arrangements. The beginning of our experience with this service was great. Everything seemed tobe taken care of and we received answers to our questions in a very timely manner. Then we went on our honeymoon. We had booked a package for 4 days in Florida and a 7 day cruise but apparently making sure that we had all the paperwork we were supposed to have was not a priority. We were told that it was the cruise line that made the mix up but found out later that all the paperwork that was needed was sent to the travel agent and never forwarded to us. It did not take away from our honeymoon however it did cause unwanted and unneeded stress and anger. My biggest suggestion is to verify with the company that you are traveling on that the travel agent did their job.
