Crudo Cart is Denver, Colorado's first mobile raw bar, offering couples and their guests a mouthwatering choice of seafood on the wedding day. It is a charming and compact trailer that fits easily into tight spaces, which means it can be accommodated at both intimate and lavish gatherings without sacrificing quality and service. The cart is a converted 1940s horse trailer and is fitted with a series of beer taps to ensure an unforgettable night is enjoyed by all.

During a private consultation, nearlyweds can discuss their plans for the day while finding out how Crudo Cart operates. Its team provides a handcrafted menu featuring the best either coast has to offer, from oysters to ceviche to tartare. Couples can also share signature items with their loved ones, from the caviar Pringles to the cheddar biscuits, all served from the charming mobile cart.
