We had our wedding at the Crowne Plaza, in the atrium area. The even coordinator Wendy was so sweet and helpful during the planning process. The catering captain, Barb was so nice and doting during the ceremony. Overall, the venue was great, the staff was wonderful and our guests had a great time!

So the entire team @ the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Concord California, were truly professional and very accommodating to us and our guests. One situation in particular a guest of ours had an incident where one of the servers accidentally spilled some food on his shirt, the server got the shirt dry cleaned and even gave him a new shirt to wear. That's great customer service. Thanks to this awesome team for making our wedding day the greatest day of our lives!

The atrium in the hotel was a beautiful setting for our wedding. The staff was so friendly and attentive. The food was also provided by the hotel, which was great!! I rated the flexibility an "average" because I had wanted the room set up differently than the director was accustomed to and it was difficult convincing them it would work. I'm glad I was persistent, It came out just the way I had envisioned. It was perfect.

I had my wedding at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Concord on June 30, 2018. It was a beautiful venue for an indoor wedding ceremony with an outdoor appeal. In the month of June, it was way too hot to do an outdoor ceremony, so I had the best of both worlds. The ceremony was held in the huge atrium area which was covered with indoor trees, greenery and fish ponds lining the entire area.
The management staff was good, but I encountered a few problems with responsiveness during the planning phase. It could make a bride very nervous, but I had an excellent wedding planner who took charge of a lot of issues that came up. After after clearing up some of those problems, I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding there. The ballroom was beautiful for the reception. The area had a huge crystal chandelier over the dance floor which made the room look very regal. The rooms for the guests were updated and remodeled for a more modern appeal. Let me tell you about the food! The food was absolutely amazing! It had my guests raving about it all night. Overall, It was a great place for a one stop venue where the ceremony, reception and hotel rooms were all in one place.
