We got our table linens from Crossroads. We went super simple with our linens for our guest tables (ivory table cloth with chiffon runners), and more elegant with the head tables and unity sand table (pleated table cloths, chiffon layers, etc). Each of our tables looked gorgeous, the quality of the linens was amazing, and we couldn't have been happier! Not the cheapest of vendors, but worth every penny!

Positive: I loved the gold chairs we ordered. Beautiful!

My biggest complaint was Shirley's attitude. She was rude on the phone when I placed my final order and then she didn't even bring the right linens!

Our final check got lost in the mail ($260). It never showed up- instead of telling me about it when I called her on the 14th to finalize, they did not mention it. Later she screamed on the phone to me about it plus a bunch of other nasty things before she hung up on me. I didn't get a chance to even speak. I was threatened to be sued several times by Shirley. My uncle went to see her- to personally hand her the check.

More unfriendly, rude remarks were made to my relatives on the day of our wedding. I would never use Shirley and her establishment again.
