As I stated planning my wedding I immediately knew where I wanted to spend the bulk of my money. I am addicted to pictures and capturing memories, so having a talented photographer was high on my priority list. A few of my friends had recently gotten married and I had seen Creative Image Collection photos from their wedding pictures and LOVED them. I knew I had to have Megan as a photographer. Her pictures capture every detail, every emotion, and are creative and authentic to every bride. Her vision for different photos and postions/locations is one that goes beyond what the general eye can see. She is very fun and outgoing and extremely flexible.

I highly recommend her to any bride in CT. She is the most talented photographer I know and I can't tell you enough how much I love our pictures. If I were to get married all over again, she would still be our photographer-she is AMAZING!!

From the moment we saw the Creative Image Collections website we knew we wanted Megan to capture our wedding day. She is professional, personable, understanding as well as beyond creative and talented.

Meg captured every little detail and emotion. My husband and I are so happy to have these memories (and some really gorgeous fine art pieces for our wall) to look back on. Our friends and family are so impressed and have had nothing but rave reviews.

i absolutely loved Meg's work from the beginning when I first met her. She's extremely talented and passionate which shows through her work and her overall demeanor. She's extremely easy to work with, very laid back and accomodating. I recommend her to everyone I know who are ALL continuously impressed with her wedding images.

DO NOT USE this photographer. I got married 8 years ago and NEVER received my wedding album. I traveled up to her studio after my wedding and we spent a few hours designing it. She said I would have it within a few months. After not hearing from her within that time period, I emailed and called to follow up. She replied with a multitude of excuses, and then she just stopped replying altogether. I have reported her to the Better Business Bureau. Horrible experience.

All negative reviews on Meg are most likely accurate. I had to track Megan down for months to get my photos. It was six months after my wedding before I got originals. However still some photos from the flash drive were low-res and watermarked. I never received the original of one of the best photos from the wedding despite asking repeatedly. The album we did not get for a year, and only after I threatened with legal action. All of our formal family photos are washed out with white glare and un-usable. All in all she was a dark spot in our wedding story, one that I've tried to forget. But clearly I'm annoyed enough still to write this review which I should have done a long time ago. I have the paper trail to backup all of these claims.

I had and still am having a terrible experience with this vendor. I hired Megan in August of 2012. I chose her highest level package which included an engagement session. My now husband and I drove all the way from NJ to CT to have this engagement session that lasted hours. At no time were we told that the images were an extra cost. On a $7,000 wedding package one would think that when it says "included: engagement session", it means you get photos. After months of waiting, we received an online gallery of resized smaller images. At this time Megan became extremely difficult to work with. I explained that there was a miscommunication and that her contract did not detail what we did and did not get. She said there was no miscommunication, it was a misunderstanding on my part and she would not be doing anything to rectify the situation. She then continued to send me emails bullying me and making me feel absolutely horrible. I decided at this time she would not be a good fit for our wedding and hired a different photographer. I lost $1,000 and didn't get my photos. She continued to write me bullying emails insisting I take my bad reviews down. She did eventually send me my photos after I went all the way to Connecticut to file a claim in small claims court, but I never received my $1,000 back. After over a year of dealing with this, and now being married for 5 months, I received a hand delivered letter from a messenger yesterday. It was from Megan's lawyer threatening to sue me if I did not take my reviews down. What is the point of having online reviews if a vendor pays to have the bad ones removed. After going through months of bullying emails, I am now being harassed. I WISH there had been reviews for me to read when I looked at this photographer. For everyone reading this, my advice is to steer clear of this vendor. If she handled her business and her customers well she wouldn't need to threaten people.

Megan was contracted to photograph our 2010 wedding. Three years later we have yet to receive our album and prints as per contract. We are suing Creative Image Collections for breach of contract and items not satisfactorily received.

Been married almost 2 years. Megan was fine until it was time to produce our wedding album. She will stop returning phone calls and emails and has virtually disappeared. STRAIGHT UP SCAM ARTIST. Please listen to the other negative reviews. They are 100% correct. She is not a professional, but just playing photographer with other peoples money. You will regret using her services.

Just to explain our situation, we have a signed contract with her. She has missed every date for delivery that she had given us. She was paid in full (stupid on our part) and has yet to deliver our album.
