Chef Brian Roland and his team provided the catering service to my daughter's wedding. It was absolutely phenomenal what Crave Culinaire created for this event. The appetizers were to die for and the buffet was simply awesome. Guests kept on saying that they have never eaten that well in a wedding before. Hands down: Crave Culinaire can be considered as the best caterer in Southwest Florida!

Brian and his professional team of servers and chefs suited my creative vision of a "Mad Hatter" themed brunch to fruition. He literally took this to the next level with his creativity and culinary genius. The food was spectacular and my guests are still talking about it!
