From the very first conversation, their communication was detailed, organized, and seamless - making the entire setup process stress-free for us. The quality of their work was exceptional, with elegant floral designs that truly made our special day. I was able to fully focus on my guests and enjoy the moment, knowing that CR8 was there to handle all the design planning, including direct coordination with the venue staff. The end result was absolutely stunning, and I'm so grateful to have had CR8 BY DESIGN as our wedding designers.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From our very first conversation, they were incredibly responsive and always willing to help us through any questions or requests we had. Their communication was clear, effective, and reassuring throughout the entire planning process. On the day of the wedding, the floral decor they created was absolutely stunning - the bouquets, centerpieces, and ceremony arch were all of the highest quality and perfectly matched the vision we had discussed. We received so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful and elegant the flowers looked. The value they provided was truly top-notch, and we couldn't have been happier with their services.

Brides! Be careful of Altair Events. They overpromise and accept deposits, but then don’t deliver on services. Hope this review can help other couples so they don’t experience the same issues we did.

We met with Tara at Aainaa Fashion (her husband’s business) where she pitched us on Altair Events. She promised us repeatedly that she would work with us on budget. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen and we learned the hard way.

We met with Tara at their Hicksville office, and booked decor services for both our wedding and reception. In the meeting, she confirmed the price so we signed the invoice and sent in our deposit.

Then, we didn’t hear from Tara for months and the communication was minimal to none. Red flag.

When we finally got on a call with her, she tried up-charging us and said that she could no longer do the design for the initial price that we agreed on. When we tried to push back because we already signed the contract, Tara got very argumentative, manic, and refused to hear us out. She tried to put the blame on us and gaslit us throughout the whole ordeal.

Long story short, Tara canceled our contract **3 weeks** before our wedding and admitted to overpromising. After much back and forth, we finally got our deposit back so we could scramble to find a new decorator.

Please spare yourself and find a decorator with more experience and professionalism. Altair Events is not it!
