Country Ridge Cottage

Country Ridge Cottage is a private, vintage-style cottage on 1.6 wooded acres in Melissa, TX, 10 minutes north of McKinney off Hwy 75. When you book, the whole property is yours for the day: the cottage, the covered deck, the gazebo lawn and the bridal suite, with no other event on site.

All-in pricing, published. Micro Wedding (5 hours) from $1,250 weekdays and $2,250 Saturdays. Full Day Wedding (12 hours, rehearsal hour included) from $1,800 weekdays and $3,500 Saturdays. No service fee, no gratuity, no required caterer and no outside-vendor fee. Bring your own food, your own alcohol (served by a TABC bartender, ours or yours) and your own decor.

Spaces. Say "I do" under the gazebo or in front of the cottage fireplace, then move to nearly 1,900 sq ft of covered deck strung with lights for dinner and dancing. The cottage seats about 60 inside and the covered deck seats 100, so the property is comfortable for up to 100 guests.

Included with every rental: 100 clear Chiavari chairs, 60 white folding chairs, 16 tables, kitchenette, two restrooms with a shower, and a detached bridal suite with makeup vanity. Setup, linens and a rehearsal hour are available as add-ons. Reserve your date with 25% down and pay the balance over six months.
