Corbo's was an absolutely amazing bakery to work with. The cake was delicious, we got a sheet cake so it was pretty inexpensive too. They incorporated my parents' topper and delivered for free.

Our excellent service with Corbo’s began with our tasting. My husband and I went in (he was SO excited for cake) and not only did we have six different cakes to try, but they were HUGE pieces. It was nice to have cake for the next few days. While we weren’t there when the cake was delivered, I didn’t hear that it went badly. The cake was gorgeous and exactly like the picture I had shown them. I like that they don’t use fondant since we did a ‘cake smash ceremony’. My husband did NOT want to have cake smashed in his face, so we made it fun after the nice traditional cake cut. The frosting made it fun (and delicious). We heard many good things from our guests about our chocolate cassata cake. The price was excellent, especially since it included delivery. One of the few things that came in under budget with our wedding.

My husband has known the Corbo family almost his whole life and I met them in my teenage years so there was not even a question that they would make our wedding cake. Of course it was delicious and absolutely beautiful. We had many comments on it from our guests. We love them and their cakes and definitely recommend them to anyone.

I've always loved their Cassata cake and knew I wanted it for my wedding. The cassata was delicious. The cake we cut was a small white cake with buttercream frosting. My new husband said it was awesome. He doesn't even like cake!!

We sampled a few different bakeries, and Corbo's blew all the others away. They sent us home with huge samples and we tasted the white cake with lemon filling days later, and it was still better than the fresh samples we had from other bakeries. April was really great to work with, and Corbo's basically would have made any type of design we wanted. Our wedding cake tasted AMAZING and guests complimented us on it all night. My only regret is that I only had one piece that night!

We had a tiered cake of the fudge swirl and sheets of cassata cake. Corbo's cakes are simply delicious. The fudge swirl was rich and moist, and the cassata was fresh and light. We also ordered 200 mini cannolis (their's are my favorite of all time).

We worked with April Corbo, who was so sweet and helped us figure out the best combination of flavors.

I would recommend Corbo's not only because their cakes and desserts are incredible, but also because their service is impeccable.

Corbo's Bakery is a great choice for a wedding cake vendor. We did cake tasting at three places and Corbo's Bakery blew everyone else out of the water. There cake is beyond delicious. The night of our wedding reception our cake disappeared because our guests couldn't get enough.

Great experience, easy, no hassles or problems. We went in for a tasting and loved the white with lemon filling and chocolate with raspberry. We sent them a picture of what we wanted and they made it almost identical. It was delicious. We actually ran out of the lemon and had people asking if there was more!

There are no words to describe the amazingness of Corbos!!! Everyone was raving about our cake: Vanilla/buttercream and chocolate with raspberry filling. You will never be able to have any other wedding cake once you've had Corbos. Hands down, best cake I've ever had.
