Wedding Transportation
My husband and I used Coach for our wedding so quests could have a ride back to the hotel after the reception. The staff was extreme newly accommodating, worked well with our venue staff and very reasonably priced! The buses were clean and they were on time! Highly recommend.

Hired Coach Co to transport my guests in 3 buses from downtown Boston to our wedding in Danvers in August 2014. The sales agent was very professional and easy to work with. It was easy to adjust the schedule later on. The price was very competitive, and the lowest of transportation companies on busrates.com with excellent safety records. The company has several different sizes budgets to match your group size.
Two of the buses drove to the party with no incident. The third bus was a stressful ride for our guests. The driver got lost. Entering the venue the driver drove off the road, hit a large boulder, and damaged the bus at which point our guests were concerned the bus would tip over. Needless to say, our guests avoided that driver for the return ride. I contacted Coach Co afterwards. They company never provided an explanation or rebate.

The Coach Company has to be the worst vendor I dealt with for my wedding this past month. The second scheduled bus arrived one hour late delaying the wedding one hour and forcing us to open the bar and extend the evening costing us a total of $600. The customer service is awful. They admitted the error, but did not seem to care.
