Facilities and Capacity
Club at Sonterra offers five indoor ballrooms: The Grand Ballroom, The Terrace Room, The Horizon Room, The Director’s Room, and The Governor’s Room. The largest of the spaces, The Grand Ballroom, is just under 5,000 square feet and seats up to 350 guests for a banquet-style reception. The Club also features two outdoor spaces: one designated ceremony space and a Terrace Patio.
With Club at Sonterra’s inclusive wedding packages, all catering and bar details will be handled by the in-house executive catering team. Whether you’re picturing hors d’oeuvres passed around by butlers, an expansive buffet, or a seated gourmet meal, they can make it happen. Bar services are available, too, and you’ll be able to choose from a variety of house, premium, and specialty beer, wine, and liquor.
When it comes to your wedding day, no detail is too small. The Club at Sonterra staff is ready to bring your vision to life. Your site fee includes catering, set up, china, chairs, tables, flatware, glassware, linens, lighting and sound, clean up, and parking. Audio equipment, chair covers, chocolate fountains, dance floors, drapery, and specialty linens are also available.
The Club at Sonterra is a 20-minute drive from downtown San Antonio, Texas. In San Antonio, you and your guests will find plentiful of hotels, restaurants, shopping, and opportunities to explore culture and history. The area’s airport, San Antonio International, is a brief 15-minute drive from the Club.

Worth every penny!
I could not have asked for a better or more beautiful wedding venue! Athena was prompt with all her responses, so easy to work with and went above and beyond for my Fiancee and I. She addressed every concern that we had and helped make my French Fry station come to life! The vendors that work with the Sonterra to personalize your wedding were unbelievable and made everything sparkle. My family felt so welcome by the staff and the staff were quick to assist them in whatever they needed. Athena and her team had all of their ducks in a row and I didn't have to worry about a single thing. I was so happy with my wedding day and wouldn't change a single detail. My husband and I had our wedding at The Club at Sonterra this past weekend, and it was absolutely PERFECT in every way! The Club at Sonterra has all inclusive packages. No worrying about the tables, chairs, linens, food, bar, etc. What more could a bride ask for? Athena is an amazing coordinator, and I can’t thank her enough for everything she did throughout the year prior to the wedding, especially the couple of weeks before and the day of! She was so very helpful with anything I needed, and was there to make sure everything got set up perfectly when I wasn’t there! I would HIGHLY recommend The Club at Sonterra! Oh, and did I mention the venue is absolutely gorgeous!!? Thanks again, Athena!!!!
