Austin and I wanted to thank you and your crew so much for working our wedding. The Photo Booth was a big hit and we greatly appreciate it! The photo album turned out amazing and pretty much full. Please thank Lauren and Emily for us. They were awesome!!! It was awesome having you guys there to make our day even more special!!!!

They were so easy to work with. I did not even know that they had arrived at our wedding, they set up without disrupting the day and out guests loved the props. My favorite part was that they created a photo album for us to have.

They were very responsive and even helped direct the guests to the wedding advice and date night table. My 3 year old wore one of the props the entire night and when it came time to take it off and I offered to buy it because I knew the struggle we were going to have taking it off she told me it wasn't worth a problem and my daughter could keep it. People had fun in the booth and the album came out really nice.

Our guests had a blast in the photo booth!! Even weeks after the wedding our friends are still talking about how much fun it was.

Greg was very responsive to all of my emails and questions, and SO easy to work with. I really appreciated the up-front pricing and information on his webpage. There are no gimmicks or hidden charges. They are a small, local business rather than a national franchise, and the customer service reflects this – they are really great. The booth itself is nice; the photos are high quality; and our attendant (Lauren) was fun and professional.

The scrapbook that our attendant put together is really nicely done and is a really lovely and fun memento of the night. We even got my 85 year old grandmother to try out some props and take some pictures. That is a memory I’ll always treasure!

A+ work and I’d highly recommend them to future brides. In fact, a friend has booked them for her wedding in the fall and I can’t wait to see Cleveland Photo & Video Booth again.

We decided to get a photo booth at the last minute and are happy we did. The guests had a great time and we're thrilled to have the photos and messages. However, the photo booth operator - who was very nice - asked us several times if we wanted her to stay longer (for a fee). I didn't really want to deal with that during the reception. The book looks a little sad - there are hand-drawn hearts all over it and the photos are poorly spaced in the book. She told our guests the book was full but there was plenty of space. That said, the company was easy to work with and the service was a good value.

Everything from this company was great. The only reason I did not give a 5 is because the photo booth was extremely small. We could only fit about 3 full faces into the picture at one time. Definitely a little frustrated with that part considering as there was no warning about that. Other than that, the service was great and they were easy to work with.
