Finally found the perfect antique engagement ring with help from Theresa at Classic Facets! They were helpful but not pushy and had a few tricks to help the decision making process when I couldn't decide between two rings. Theresa did a quick and thorough job of appraising the ring we chose, and we can always stop in for a quick clean and to make sure the prongs are still tight. So many lovely pieces in there for most every price range! Really fantastic if you love antique jewelry!

My fiance and I went to this store together to find my ring. True to my style, I wanted something elegant and vintage, but not too flashy. We were helped by a very sweet sales associate during our first trip. We returned again because we thought we might put something on lay-a-way (they offer a three month payment plan if you're going that route). This time we encountered the shop owner - a sassy redhead (unlike myself) who actually ended up selling us a ring that was 1/2 of our budget (and we told her our budget). She was more concerned with matching my style and making me happy than she was about making a buck. I will always appreciate her customer service (and her sassiness). We will go back once we're rich to buy a more expensive ring from there.
