We had a great experience working with the Classic Culinaire team, especially Rachael. They had a ton of experience working with our venue, the Outdoor Art Club in Mill Valley, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Chef Chad's food was excellent and tasted just like at our tasting, which everyone loved. During the event, the team made sure that everything ran smoothly and they were very attentive to us, giving us our signature drinks as soon as the ceremony ended and making sure we had food to take home, which we really appreciated. Working with Classic Culinaire definitely gave us the relief of one less thing to worry about!

Rachael and Chad are an absolute Dream Team! We hired them for our 70 person May wedding and they were so kind, accommodating, and organized throughout the whole process. We had a number of vegan and gluten free guests, and they were able to accommodate everyone, and we were able to make it all happen within our budget. They also took all of our inspiration and made it a reality. We could not have been happier and we cannot recommend them enough. We will be sharing their info with all of our friends and family!

The most important thing for us at our wedding was to make sure we had GOOD FOOD! Actual good food, not just "wedding-level" good (if you know, you know).

From the moment we met Rachael and Chef Chad, we had a great feeling about working with them. And frankly, we were blown away by our entire experience. If you are booking a caterer for a wedding, or any event, we could not recommend Classic Culinaire more highly. It is the RIGHT decision.

We knew the food was super good, and it was a bigger testament when our guests came up to us for weeks after the wedding commenting on how good the food was. We had guests going up for seconds and thirds! We had several guests ask us to ask the chef what the recipe was for certain dishes at dinner!

To rewind, we went in for our tasting, Rachael graciously explained the process to us. Chef Chad came out at the end of our dishes, and asked for feedback on each dish. More seasoning? Less garlic? More lemon? What Chef does that?! Most chefs we've interacted with have their way of preparing each dish, because they're professional and do their dishes for a living. Chef Chad had enough confidence in how good his dishes tasted, and he really cared to make the food taste exactly to our liking. We even wanted to do a Philly Cheesesteak as a late night meal at our wedding, and he created one even though it was not on his normal menu. It was delicious.

Rachael is such a pleasure to work with. She is beyond helpful at every juncture in the planning process and even helped with our many questions around staffing, rentals, table arrangements and beyond. She was a source of peace and a calming presence during the whole planning process and especially on the day of the wedding.

All this to say, I could not recommend this team of all-stars enough!

Classic Culinaire did a wonderful job at my 200 person wedding. When planning our wedding we reached out to 20 different vendors and found this gem. They fit our budget and provided high quality service and food. Even our wedding planner was very impressed. We upgraded to the filet mignon and the halibut and glad that we did. During dinner, guests went for seconds, even thirds. 🤯 We we’re very surprised that everyone enjoyed themselves, especially the Vietnamese side who don’t usually eat American foods. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is planning a wedding. The quality of service and food was incredible.

Classic Culinaire was on the list of approved caterers for our wedding venue, the Brazilian Room in Berkeley. We emailed back and forth with them and discussed menus. Having good food at our wedding was one of our top priorities. My husband and quite a few of our guests have dietary restrictions, and we wanted to make sure everyone felt taken care of. Rachael and the whole team were all so incredibly thoughtful and accommodating for us. We did a tasting before we signed our contract with them - the service was impeccable and the food was amazing. The food on the day of the wedding was absolutely amazing, and so many of our guests said as much. We loved working with Rachael and the whole team!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Classic Culinaire! They gave us such an unbelievable evening with amazing and mouthwatering food, great attentive service and such professionalism starting from the planning stages. They had so many delicious options for all kinds of dietary needs. And Chef Chad is just as nice as he is talented. They’re a must for any event - they’re guaranteed to make it special!

We felt really good about working with Classic Culinaire. They were responsive and amenable to our various needs, including having an all vegetarian menu and making many of their menu items available in a vegan option. They also were highly experienced at working with our venue, Marin Art and Garden Center, and made coordination extremely smooth. People were enthusiastic about the food and no one complained about it being veggie, which I would take to mean people were plenty satisfied with the food that was served. I would use Classic Culinaire again.

ChD and his team were great! I’ve been to a few functions they catered which is why I wanted to use them! He delivered everything I asked for and then some! Food is quality and visually well executed. Would definitely use again for next function!

Our Chef-dinner event hosted in our home could not have been more perfect. Chef Ally’s menu got rave reviews from our guests! The staff mixed friendly and professional service to perfection!!

Although this wasn't a wedding, it was, cake aside, the same kind of catering setup you'd choose for a wedding. I specifically wanted somewhat Italian-themed food, and they worked with me to make that happen, with dishes like arancini, chicken milanese sliders, a chef station where they made pasta carbonara to order, a pizza station where they were doing three kinds of pizza, and so on. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or nicer to work with, and we had MANY compliments on the food and bartending CC provided. I would and will hire them again in the future for other parties.
