Our limo driver was prompt, professional and even stayed a bit longer at the venue so the father of the bride could arrive and get pictures in front of the car with his daughter. I would use this company again if I ever needed to.

From our first meeting we liked John at Classic Limousines. When we toured the vehicles for our wedding we knew we found the right service for us. The vehicles are beautiful and the service top notch. John and his 2nd driver for us arrived ahead of schedule, (we were going nuts that day!), properly attired and champagne in the cars :) he made us feel at ease and our wedding went off without a hitch. John knew the area where the wedding was being held and even though we were tunning late got us to the wedding on time and without speeding. :)

I have used his services in the past for large parties and just this weekend for a night on the town for my birthday with some of my closes friends and we had a Blast! John did a great job with our limo. The cars were clean, showed up on time, and John even broke out an umbrella for us when it started snowing. I would recommend him to anybody.

Buyer beware - especially for a summer wedding. We went for their flagship car -- Rolls Royce -- and the air conditioning simply did not work. It was brutal. The unit is an aftermarket variety with poor capability on a hot day. I would have been happy if management had called us or simply swapped it out for another car -- any car with a working A/C !! Big management failure as we asked about the A/C when we booked it. I will not use this firm again nor can I recommend.

Classic Coach Limousine review is negative: Minus Zero.. Refreshment choices need to be of more variety. There were only Pepsi and water. Privacy was non-existent in the Classic Coach Limousine.
The Classic Coach Limousine chauffeur kept the window down and looking at our interactions until he decided to reprimand and discipline our crew by threatening to leave us on the street due to our "irresponsible" behavior. What!!??
Most Importantly Classic Coach Limousine needs to honor its contract: our crew was denied an extension to party after 2: 30am. Classic Coach Limousine didn't honor the contract which stated that every half and hour after 2:30 a.m. was $45 but The Classic Coach Limousine chauffeur declined energetically and forced our crew to stop the party after we asked for an additional hour. The Classic Coach Limousine chauffee said that he was taking us back at 200pm because he had to drive us to our final destination. Then we changed our final destination to the city we were in and ask to be driven around but chauffeur refused to drive around. Finally, we decided to stay and not go to our final destination but instead stay at a different place nearby. The chauffeur took us there stepped out of the limo asking our crew to get out of the limo at 2:10 a.m. Twenty minutes before the end of the Party by contract which was 2:30 a.m. We remained inside the limo for those 20 minutes the limo was idle and the chauffer standing by the limo door.
Our crew felt belittled and disappointed with the lack of flexibility and moral pontificating of Classic Coach Limousin. We had an unexpected bad experience with Classic Coach Limousine after all.
