My mother and I have been going to Cielo's for a few years now and she is always super friendly. I don't live in Union anymore but she always manages to squeeze me in when I'm up on weekends. I had my hair and makeup done at Cielo's Hair Design for my wedding on May 23, 2014 along with 5 bridesmaids, 2 junior bridesmaids, 2 aunts, my grandmother and my mom. That is a lot of women to beautify in one day. Cielo was very organized and flexible throughout the day in order to ensure everyone would be ready on time. Her daughter Vanessa did my makeup and her work is impeccable. I loved both my hair and makeup for my wedding. I would highly recommend Cielo's Hair Design for your next event!
