I offer premarital counseling designed to help couples build a strong foundation for life beyond the honeymoon phase. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Level 1 and Level 2 training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy—an evidence-based approach—I help couples strengthen communication, deepen connection, and navigate conflict effectively.

Our work together focuses on the real-life challenges couples face throughout marriage, including finances, extended family dynamics, conflict resolution, parenting, and shifting priorities over time. My goal is to equip you with practical tools and insights so you can grow together, handle challenges with confidence, and create a lasting, healthy partnership.
