I cannot recommend Chelsea highly enough! I typically HATE getting my picture taken, and my now husband is equally self-conscious in front of a camera, and Chelsea still somehow managed to get a full days' worth of beautiful photos. She was quick and clear in her communication prior to the day, and we received our photos after the wedding very quickly despite Christmas and New Years falling pretty quickly after our wedding date. Chelsea is also really good at capturing candid moments--some of my absolute favorite photos are ones she took of us interacting with our guests throughout the reception. I am so happy we chose Chelsea to photograph our wedding day, and would a million percent recommend her to anyone else looking for a wedding photographer!

The engagement and wedding photo experience that Chelsea provided us was better than we ever could have imagined! From the initial consultation meeting to our wedding day, Chelsea was amazing every step of the way! At our initial consultation, my wife and I had some general ideas about what we wanted, but Chelsea helped shape our ideas into an amazing vision. She was flexible on things we didn't want to budge on, and she had a lot of expertise in the things we weren't sure about. She helped plan out our wedding timeline so every part of the ceremony and reception occurred at the right time to get great photos. For our engagement photo shoot, she was willing to meet us anywhere in the Twin Cities and had a lot of knowledge on where all the best angles and backdrops would be. We had our engagement photo shoot near the Stone Arch Bridge, and she helped us get some great photos in a pretty short amount of time. On our wedding day, she went above and beyond her duties. She helped with some last minute setup so that our family photos could turn out perfect. Our couple photos before and after the ceremony were absolutely stunning; she knew the perfect time to get golden hour photos during the reception and found amazing backdrops for us during the pre-ceremony photos. She even walked around our venue and found the most fantastic and hidden spot for sunset photos. During the ceremony, she took photos from a million different angles and knew where to be at the perfect time to capture all of the special moments of our ceremony. To say that we're thrilled with our pictures is an understatement. Chelsea is extremely gifted at photography, and her responsiveness, flexibility, and willingness to go above and beyond makes her a truly special photographer. I guarantee you will not regret choosing her as your photographer.

We loved working with Chelsea! We had so much fun, she made us feel comfortable, and our photos turned out fantastic! Chelsea was very flexible when we had to reschedule our wedding because of COVID. Also, we were the first wedding at our venue post-COVID so they were disorganized, and our day of plans changed due to the weather, but Chelsea was incredibly patient, calm, and helpful. Many of our friends and family commented on how lovely Chelsea was both as a person and a photographer (we totally agree!). She just knew the exact time and place to be at each part of the day and was an absolute joy to be around. We highly recommend Chelsea!

Chelsea is amazing! She helped us feel at ease in front of the camera and perfectly captured both our engagement and our wedding photos. Chelsea is simply the best. We had the pleasure of working with her for our engagement pictures and wedding photos and the entire experience was a joy! Throughout the wedding planning process, she went above and beyond the call of duty. As a bride, it can be difficult to mesh practicality with the dreamed-of vision of floating blissfully through the day. Chelsea's experience in the industry made it so easy to create a plan that fit our vision but also allowed us to fit in the necessities (e.g., travel time between church and venue). On our wedding day, Chelsea did an excellent job shepparding our bridal party of 14 (plus ushers, families, ring bearer + flower girl, etc) and helped us keep to our stated schedule, while also being entirely flexible to our in-the-moment needs. She was also incredibly professional; we were particularly impressed with her ability to capture photos from all angles during our ceremony without anyone even noticing that she was there! In terms of the actual pictures – I could gush forever!! Chelsea has a knack for capturing couples as they truly are - I never felt like she was simply running through a "required pictures list" she let us be ourselves and captured our unique love story as it unfolded. She also managed to capture every hoped-for picture and has an incredible eye for details and moments that I will forever cherish being able to look back on. She made our day as stress free as possible, from making recommendations to the day-of timeline to interacting so smoothly with our loved ones - from tiny kids to adults. Chelsea even kicked a path through 6 inches of fresh snow so we could get the perfect outdoor winter photos.
