I am a Mexican native, my love to the kitchen started when I was twelve years old, learning from different chefs on television was part o my motivation to become a chef, since then i have dedicate my life cooking and learning from great chefs and master chefs and i have capture the need for great food.

Chef Q is AMAZING!!! He has been our one and only "Go-To" caterer for more than 6 years now!!! He has catered numerous events that we have hosted (including our wedding), as well as events that we were attending and he was the caterer. His cuisine range is phenomenal too!!! He can accommodate any type of request that you may have. I'm allergic to pork and Chef Q was able to put together a menu that took that into consideration without sacrificing taste. It was FANTASTIC!!!! I can't say enough about how great he and his team are to work with!!!

I have used Chef Q catering many times. For birthday parties, holidays and corporate events. They are very professional with prompt responses. The food is excellent at a great price point. They provide all rentals from linens, tables, plates glassware to dance floors etc. they can also provide bar services and valet.

Chef Q did an amazing job for my parent's 50th Anniversary. The food and service were great! All guests greatly enjoyed the party and were full of complements regarding the food that Chef Q prepared. Although he was juggling 2 events, he made sure that we were well taken care of and had the best service. He is very dedicated and sincere about serving others.

Chef Q had another very large event the same day / night as our parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary but he was able to devote the time, attention and resources to ensure our event was treated as well as if it were his only priority. I can trust that an event he and his staff cater will be done very well. Everyone at our party left satisfied and several commented on the great quality of food and service.
