Hollie was one of the most accommodating venders i have ever dealt with. She was great at making suggestions and coming up with ideas to make our wedding unique.

Hollie at Chambliss Design did an absolutely lovely job with the floral design at our wedding!! As we were introduced at The Carrick House, we were immediately taken by all the stunning floral arrangements. I was also VERY impressed by the beautiful calla arrangements that she had done for my bridesmaids and my bridal bouquet was to die for!! If I had anything to change at all, I would have been a bit more specific on what I wanted for the groomsmans boutineers, because they turned out a bit plain. But really, that was my fault, not Hollies! She was absolutely wonderful to work with and I would hire her again in a second!!

Hollie is extremely talented and has a style like no one else in the Lexington area. When i first met with her, I was so impressed with her ability to connect with exactly what I wanted. While the flowers at my wedding came out beautifully, they were not exactly what I had discussed with Hollie before the event. Be sure to give her very specific details and provide pictures if you can. Anything she does will be goregous, but to make sure you get exactly what you want, write everything down!

Holly had beautiful arrangements but my bouquet had wilted flowers. She tried to blame it on the refrigeration at the venue but my flowers were the only ones that turned brown so they just were fresh. Also I ordered corsages for my mother and my fiancée's mother and we didn't have any on the wedding day. I wish she had taken the time to review the order with me when she dropped it off. Not sure I'm be using her again.

Steer clear if you don’t want your wedding flowers to be a disaster. We did not get exactly what we ordered and she even showed up without the throw away bouquet and a few boutonnières. She did make the boutonnières last minute and a throw away bouquet that we ended up not using because it looked like something a three year old put together. The mothers were to have wristlets and ended up with boutonnières. She was very unprofessional about the whole ordeal.

The only good thing I can say was she was willing to charge me per piece. Many other florists I was looking at would not allow me to place an order without a set piece count or minimum dollar amount. What we wanted was really simple and Hollie told us from the beginning she could do it without any problems. She also let us add on additional pieces near the end. We paid in full before the big day and put all our faith in her. That was our biggest mistake. Some of the flowers looked like they were suppose to. My personal bouquet was yellowing and brown by dinner time. All of the flowers were falling a part before we could even use them. She neglected to bring several items and tried to throw them together at the venue the day of. The toss bouquet cost more than the bridesmaids' yet she failed to bring one and instead threw together something that was completely unusable. Despite all my issues with the flowers and missing pieces I tried to remain calm. I refused to cry on my wedding day. However, she was rude to me the instant I tried to address the problems with missing items, dying flowers etc. I had to walk away I was so taken aback. She then chose to be rude to my maid of honor and photographer merely because they were in her line of fire. She left without saying a word to me and then immediately removed me from social media so I could no longer reach her. I hired an attorney to reach out to her and she has dodged all attempts at service to her listed work address on her website as well as the personal address she provided to me for payment purposes. Steer clear of this company at all costs. You will never get another wedding day and you certainly do not want it ruined by unusable flowers.

My bouquet flowers were brown and dead and not even the correct flowers. We paid her extra money to stay to put flowers on the lanterns, she left and said she had other weddings. She made my floral arrangements with carnations instead of roses. I even gave her photos and she agreed upon them in our contract. NEVER USE HER. They made me check a star she deserves ZERO!!
