Aside from a beautiful product, she was responsive, efficient in our initial phone call, and asked questions to get to the root of what we wanted. She respected our budget, which we greatly appreciated.
We really were impressed with the proposal document that she puts together after the initial call, which includes flower choices, design elements, pricing, etc. It was the most comprehensive, polished, and clear proposal of any vendor that we considered. She was also open to feedback/discussion after the initial proposal in order to make the design exactly what we were looking for.Her final product was above and beyond what we expected.
She thought of everything. She was truly one of our favorite vendors, and this was the product that we were most pleasantly surprised by on the day. 10/10 recommend Jeanie!
