Christine H. did an amazing job altering my dress. I had a tea length dress which was too long for me considering I'm barely 5 2', the lace bottom of my dress was scalloped and when she shortened the dress she made sure to keep that detail. I don't know much about alterations, I would assume this is not an easy task for most but Christine made it look perfect. I purchased my dress online in hopes to keep my costs down so when I had to pay a bit more than the cost of the dress for the alterations I have to admit I had a little sticker shock. In the end I'm glad I found Christine, her experience, her hours, and turn around time were worth the price. She also was very helpful teaching my mom and daughter learn how to lace the back of my dress. Thank you Christine!

I bought my dress online and Christine Hoyt was recommended by a bridal salon that carried my gown designer (Pronovias). I needed the dress hemmed and bustled and chose to redesign the back to dip into a "v". Christine was a true artist, I loved the dress and she did a gorgeous 16 point bustle that I just loved. I spent way more than I expected on alterations, but I don't know that I would have spent less anywhere else. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a seamstress, especially if you didn't purchase from a bridal store that provides them, Christine does a fabulous job.
