I had a destination wedding down on Sanibel Island and everyone we had talked to recommended Leslie. We were fortunate enough to go down a few times and get some planning done and Leslie was great about meeting with us on short notice sometimes. We picked our menu and requested a waffle bar (which everyone loved and was delicious!). Leslie was fun to work with, had AMAZING food. W,e had so many guests say how much they liked dinner, her wait staff was so wonderful and made sure everything was just right. If you are catering any event, Leslie Adams is the go to girl!

Great team of people. All were very engaging with my guests. They kept me informed and stayed in contact with me during my reception to make sure everything was the way I wanted it. Leslie is wonderful! Many of my guests raved about the food. Crab cakes were amazing! I live in Wisconsin and Leslie made it easy and didn't oversell for my number of guests. It was a perfect evening.

The food was delicious. The staff was on top of everything. She is the one to go to for personalized service!

I hired Leslie for my destination wedding on Captiva Island. Based on her website and the cost, I had really high expectations. Her staff was very attentive and provided great service, but there were some issues with the actual catering by Leslie. She was the last vendor to arrive. She told me she had done weddings at the venue before but we had problems like no lighting over the buffet, so people couldn’t see the food very well. I also noticed that the food was not as elegant and delicate as portrayed on her website. I ordered a baked potato bar thinking it would be adorable but it was presented very plainly. I think the flavor was good, but I heard complaints from others like the food was cold. She didn’t always speak kindly to my mom and sisters who were coordinating my wedding. Lastly, she came up to me (the bride) to tell me that she forgot to bring serving plates for our cake. I was really shocked she came to me with that, like I could somehow solve it. We spent quite a bit of money on beautiful cake from a local baker that less people got to enjoy because there were not enough plates. For the price, I expected a lot more. Do not recommend if you are expecting high-end catering.
