This past September, Cate did wedding day hair and makeup for myself, my wife, and our friend who officiated our wedding. We all had a wonderful experience, and I'm so glad I hired them.

My wife is a soft butch, and Cate gave her just the right amount of makeup for her comfort level. Cate was also very open to feedback and making adjustments on the fly to get our makeup *just* right.

I highly recommend paying for trials if you're local! I know it can feel like an unnecessary cost when you're already spending so much, but remember that your face is going to be in a gajillion photos. It truly helps to have a practice run beforehand to ensure everything goes smoothly on your wedding day.

Cate was amazing for my wedding! I had a lot of needs for my day and they were far exceeded. I needed to start my day by 4am, which meant a 2:45 start time for hair! That hair needed to last until 10:30 and withstand a 4-mile hike with a backpack and headlamp. It legit looked GREAT all day and that's all due to Cate's planning and attention to the needs of the style. They were prompt and gathered so much information to make sure they executed everything exactly how I expected. I cannot recommend Cate enough.

Cate was very responsive to my inquiries and was upfront and honest in regards to pricing etc. She created exactly what I was looking for and was fun to have on my big day.
