Castello di Tornano is located in Tuscany, in the heart of Chianti Classico, 20 minutes far from Siena and 1 hour far from Florence. The Castle is situated on a panoramic hill, sorrounded by our vineyards, olive trees and forest.

For over 1000 years the Castle has been part of history. The first mention of the “curtem” of Tornano dates back to July of the year 790, the 17th of Charlemagne’s reign in Italy.

Castello di Tornano offers 22 accommodations divided between the Castle, the Tower and the medieval village. We can accommodate up to 61 people.

The Castle provides a wine cellar, a chapel, which can accommodate up to 20 people standing, a swimming pool, a tennis court and other spaces to be enjoyed both outside and inside the walls.In case of bad weather, we have a tensile structure with a capacity for 100 people.
