Cassie's work is incredible and even more importantly, she is an amazing person to be around. My husband and I had a blast with her throughout our engagement & wedding season. Cassie is easy and fun to work with - her contracing process was simple and quick, she was flexible with scheduling our engagement session (she traveled to us in Seattle as part of a vacation she had planned on the west side!) and was a great partner to my vendor team for our big day. We had the best time taking photos with her -- she brought music, energy, laughter and made both of us feel so awesome. No awkwardness at all! I have a blended family with lots of personalities and she handled every question, request and comment with professionalism and humor throughout our wedding day.

She showed up in a big way for me on the day of the wedding. It was 100+ degress so we had to be flexible with our day of itinerary. She was able to take the decision making off of me and worked directly with my vidoegrapher to make sure they got all the shots we planned before it got too dark. She made sure I was able to enjoy the evening, but also as able to get everything we wanted captured. It made a huge difference for us and we are so grateful for her flexibility and positive attitude!

Lastly, everyone who has commented or mentioned our wedding over the last few months has mentioned how amazing our photos are! We were hot, sweaty and dusty and you would never guess by looking at the pictures! Cassie will be our go-to photographer for life now and we are so lucky to have met her!

Cassie is truly a one of a kind photographer and person! We used her for our engagement photos and were planning to have her photograph our big May 2020 wedding. Because of obvious reasons, we had to re-schedule our wedding two times. Through all the changes, Cassie remained supportive and flexible. After a two year engagement and feeling overwhelmed with the uncertainty to come, my partner and I decided to scrap our large wedding plans and moved to plan number 3, elope in Joshua Tree. When we made this decision, Cassie was the first person we reached out to. She provided so much guidance on how to pull off an elopement, and joined us in Joshua Tree to photograph our special day.

On the day of the wedding, Cassie seamlessly became part of our intimate crew that was their to celebrate. She made everyone feel comfortable, laugh and remember why we were there. She even stayed later into the evening so that she could snap some photos of our first dance back at our Airbnb.

Upon receiving our wedding album from Cassie, my husband and I were blown away by the photos she had taken. Booking Cassie as our wedding photographer was by far the EASIEST decision my husband and I made through the whole wedding planning experience! Along with being incredibly talented, she is down to earth, hilarious and will make you feel like a million bucks! Our engagement and wedding albums had SO many great photos, I couldn't have been happier! If you are getting married, you will not regret hiring her!

I'm not sure there is even a word that accurately describes the raw beauty that Cassie is able to capture with her lens or the sincere manner in which she interacts with you as her client. From Day 1 Cassie has been everything we wanted in a photographer and as our wedding plans and vision adapted, so did she. My husband and I first reached out to CTP about a backyard wedding, which then turned into a giant venue on a mountain top in NH, which turned into an elopement in Greece, which ultimately led us to eloping in a small coastal town in Mendocino, CA. Though our wedding planning process was CRAZY, and our budget constantly changed, Cassie was the ONE constants. On our elopement day, Cassie worked her tail off making sure we were comfortable and that the day remained entirely about us. She thought of everything from including music in our ceremony and remembering to bring a stand to take an Iphone video so we could share our day with family back home (though videographer is not in her title).

She works with grace and kindness while making you feel silly and comfortable. I cannot praise Cassie Trottier Photography enough and my words will never do her justice. When I started searching for a wedding photographer I was not excited because I didn’t think I’d be able to find a photographer that had the style I wanted and pricing that would be in my budget. My first look at her Instagram page and I knew she was PERFECT. We’ve only done our engagement photos but I couldn’t be more pleased. So excited for the wedding!!!!

Cassie took photos for our destination wedding in Playa Mujeres, Mexico. She was so professional and easy going throughout every stage of the process.
