We were married on Sept 26th of this year. We decided to have Carvel of West Caldwell do our wedding cake. First the owner (Kirsten) was amazing. We gave her a few ideas and colors and said go for it. The final cake was 2+ feet high, looked like something from the cake boss (flowers in all) and was 100% ice cream!!! The cake itself was 3 different flavors, all amazing!!! Every other vendor couldn't believe this was an ice cream cake!! They also let us take one of their freezers to transport and store the cake for our big day! I can't say it enough on how amazing they did and are. Plus after a night of dancing up a storm whats better than ice cream to cool off!!! Very happy is an understatement!!!
