At first, my husband and I went to the Cartier off 5th and Madison in NYC. We were helped there and were given suggestions with style and comfort for our wedding bands. We wanted to sleep on it since the rings are something we'll wear for the rest of our lives, and the associate that helped us was so understanding. Eventually, we ended up going to the Short Hills, NJ Cartier and were helped by Elizabeth(?). She was wonderful and such a big help. We purchased our rings then and we were so confident with our decision and we were treated so well.

Made an appointment at the Short Hills NJ location. Had to wait two weeks and take off of work to make the allotted time we were given. When we called to confirm the night before we were told that we didn’t have an appointment they just entered us into a cue ???? Never been so disappointed in my life. Something that should have been a fantastic experience was ruined. Stay away from this store
