Carrie is pretty much amazeballs - and thats not generally a word I use. She's down to earth and fun to work with, and the photos turned out WONDERFULLY. Not only that - she sent them to me less than a week after the wedding. She has all the benefits of an extremely professional, well managed business that has every last detail handled, while still carrying herself like that friend that you considered having photograph your wedding because it would be fun. Her pricing also makes things super simple, and VERY reasonable for the quality and time. DO IT!

I loved Carrie! She is very laid-back and funny but super professional. She's on top of everything and sends emails on a periodic basis prior to the wedding just to check in. She's very responsive and was quick to get our photos back to us. We LOVE the photos and she really captured the fun of the day. I also loved that she charges by the hour because it's so much less confusing to me and it's easier to understand what I'm getting for the money.

Carrie is AMAZING! No other way to describe her, just amazing! She had so many clever ideas, she was affordable, and a huge nerd (just like us)! She was wonderful at capturing our wedding and all the details we worked so hard on. She answered emails and voicemail within 24 hours. I had to do this long distance, I live in another state, and she made the process so easy. And with only charging $250 an hour, she's hard to beat for quality and price. She is creative, hilarious, but still very professional. She's done photography for my friend's wedding and was fabulous. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for amazing pictures.

Carrie may be the most amazing photographer you can get! She is super flexible with time! We only had her for 3 hours and never got to meet her before the wedding but (through her professionalism via email) I felt completely at ease with this. She is a total geek/nerd of many sorts and that made her so fantastic for our wedding. We weren't the crazy, out there couple but we have our quirks. She captured our small quirks flawlessly! Do not let this deter you if you are a normal, glamorous(or not) bride. Her personality fits well with any personality type! My husband and I could hardly get serious photos because we were laughing and having so much fun, and she was ok with that! Not only was she ok with it (in that she did not get frustrated with us) but, she encouraged us and from this she got some amazing candid shots. I have also seen some of her work with more serious couples and it is beyond fantastic! She is very affordable and flexible with the amount of hours she can be booked. To add to the fun, her sidekick was just as awesome! Carrie stayed with myself and my bridesmaids and her sidekick went off with the guys. The photos are so fun and amazing and truly capture each person's personalities. Book her immediately!!!!!!

I highly recommend booking Carrie for engagement and wedding photos. Her prices are really low and her service and quality of pictures is great. I am really picky when it comes to photography and I think wedding photos are one of the most important parts of a wedding. I wanted my day captured well (photojournalistic with some creative flair). My wedding and engagement photos turned out beautifully and she even helped pin my wedding dress together (she literally brings an awesome emergency kit with her to all of her weddings). She also taught me and my husband how to cut our wedding cake. She's really flexible and creative and she didn't make me feel like a bridezilla with all of my crazy requests. My husband and I lucked out when we ran into her and her husband at a wedding expo in Denver. I had been really annoyed with a lot of the photographers I talked to up until that point (too pricy, watermarks on photos, no rights, overpriced, etc.). After meeting her I knew right away we made the right choice. I think we ended up booking 5 hours for our wedding with an assistant and had over 2000 wedding photos. She also made sure to get in some special requests that I saw on Pinterest and we were able to add an extra 30 minutes the day of the wedding so my husband and I could get pictures on the chair lift in the mountains. You really shouldn't consider booking anyone else.

If you want a photographer that is warm, professional and truly talented, Carrie is your woman. We had such a fabulous experience working with her. She has a thoughtful approach to her work and her zeal for capturing the most beautiful moments in life shines through in her photographs.
