Carrie executed all of the characteristics we were looking for in a wedding photographer. She was laid back and chill to work with but also very punctual, always made sure we were comfortable, and got every shot we had envisioned! It rained all day on our wedding day and it was important to us to have a few sunset pictures. Without any hesitation, Carrie offered to travel back down to us to get sunset pics at our convenience. I highly recommend her!

Let me start from the beginning.
I found Mrs. Joines and a few other photographers by doing an online search. Reviews I read were good for each.
I met with them all and overall decided to go with Carrie.
At first, she had quick responses. She even met with me at a coffee shop to show me her work (which I thought to be beautiful) and answered all my questions.
She was very upbeat and our personalities clicked. I knew I wanted to have her photograph my wedding.
Everything was perfect with Carrie until my wedding day.....
Carrie was 45 minutes late for my wedding which resulted in me not getting pictures of my groom getting ready.
She wasn't as upbeat as she had been all previous times. She took lots of pictures but she wasn't very creative with her poses.
This wasn't the photographer I had met all previous times.
After the wedding Carrie told me i would be able to view my wedding photos in a couple weeks.
I finally was able to view them 6 weeks following the wedding however I still needed the USB drive that contained all my wedding photos, assorted 4 x 4 photos of the wedding and my wedding album that was contracted.
I sent numerous emails asking about the rest of the items that was owed to me, all of which would go on answered for weeks at a time. She would finally email me back stating that she was working on them and that she would get them to me as soon as she could. Again weeks would go by after she would email me back and I would have to email her again and wait weeks for her to respond. This process went on for a while ( several months).
I finally had to send a certified letter through mail demanding that she provide the items that was contracted or she would hear from my lawyer.
Finally, 6 months after my wedding I received everything that was contracted.
This was absolutely unacceptable and inexcusable.
I do not recommend this photographer at all!!
