I am still in the planning process, but have had a wonderful experience working with Carnival. The planners are based in Miami, and there is one assigned to the ship you are working with. They are great about answering all of your questions. We booked the venue before we were able to tour, so we had lots of questions to ask! Our tour was 3 weeks later, and confirmed our decision to do a cruise wedding. I think it helps to plan ahead so you have more options in terms of where you have the wedding on the ship and if you have the videographer. We went with our second choice date, as our first choice was booked. But, it is still a holiday weekend and we are really happy. We had to get our information together quickly so our friends and family could book while rates were still pretty low. All in all, I think this is an exceptional value compared to what I would have paid on land for a wedding. Also, I love that Carnival does everything--appetizers, open bar, cake, coordinator--while allowing us to skip some details (seating charts, centerpieces, etc.) and customize where we would like to (silk flowers, our own Officiant, etc.). We are 2.5 months out, and I'm a much more chill bride than I had expected to be!

I would highly recommend Carnival Cruise Lines to anyone who is looking to do a shipboard wedding. I was nervous at first because I would not get definate answers when I called to discuss my options, but the service was amazing the day of! The The coordinators were wonderful, helpful and took control of everything to make me feel at ease. The day went so smooth, better than I had expected. They took care of everything...the site for the ceremony & reception, the food, the cake, the viedography, etc. It was nice that people could attend the wedding even if they couldn't cruise. We had 60 people attend the wedding and of those 30 cruised with us and we had a blast!!! Wouldn't have done it any other way!!!

Carnival Cruise Lines went above and beyond! We were completely happy with them. The coordinator they provide was so helpful. She walked us through everything. Made sure we were all taken care of. They provided flowers at no extra cost and they were beautiful! The officiant was great, Hubby and I felt so comfortable with him.
The food and cake were so yummy!! And we were happy that they provided an open bar as part as the package. It was the best decision that my husband and I made for our wedding.
The photographer was good, but we just wish they had different photo package (that is not provided through the cruise lines). Other then that, everything was wonderful!!
