My invitations came in and were very pretty and easy to assemble. There were a couple that were imperfect, but they sent a few extras, so I still had plenty that were perfect.

My invitations were beautiful, but they were difficult to read and write on the response cards. Also, I was shorted invitations and respond envelopes. However, they did credit me. They mispelled our name and it took 5 trials till they got it.

We ordered invitations 3 months in advance, and they said that it would only take 3-4 weeks to order and get the invitations to us. It took a month and a half to get the first order of invitations, and they were reluctant to talk to the vendor we were ordering through to tell us what was happening with our invitations. If I hadn't already paid, I would have revoked my order immediately.

Do not get your invitations from here. They are nice but the service is horrible. I paid for a rush fee just to be on the safe side and still got them a week and a half late from the day I ordered them. My sample was not sent to me, it was sent to the tux place and our RSVP card did not have our names on them like they were supposed to. Plus, there is no way for a bride to contact them personally. I had to go through our tux place to find out what was going on with my invites.

I hired Michelle for my wedding on July 19th, 2008 as the day of wedding coordinator, and to set up and take down my decorations. At our first meeting she was very professional, and very cool, and very well priced. I was excited to work with her. At our second meeting, we discussed the cost and the contact, and she became very rude, and then unresponsive. 2 months prior to my wedding I tried to contact her to schedule my final appointment, and received no response. 2 weeks before my wedding, I had still not heard from her. Their website shut down and I still heard nothing. It wasn't until 1 week prior she returned my phonecall, then told me that she didn't have time to meet with me. She was extremely unprofessional, and instead of calming my nerves, she made everything 10 times more stressful. I would have been better off using my DJ as my coordinator. I reported her to the Better Business Bureau, which then she replied with a nasty statement saying I was the one who she couldn't reach. In my opinion, Esseance of Weddings is a complete joke! Bottom line = you get what you pay for.
