Welcome to Carlos Creek, an all-inclusive wedding, award winining venue located in the heart of the Alexandria Lakes Community in Minnesota. Our story began in 1999 when Carlos Creek Winery planted its first vines, quickly becoming a must-see destination in Minnesota for its award-winning wines and beautiful landscaping. In 2000, we constructed The Grand Hall, which originally served as a horse stable and indoor riding arena. Since then, we have undergone multiple renovations, with the latest in Winter/Spring 2021, making us the best wedding venue in Minnesota for 2020, 2021, and 2022.
Our property continued to grow in 2019 with the addition of 22 Northmen Brewing Company, adding a unique pairing of craft beer to our craft wine. This coming summer, we are excited to introduce the latest expansion of our beer canning production building and remodeled brewery.
At Bold North Cellars, we are more than just a venue. We provide an all-inclusive wedding experience that eliminates the hassle of planning your special day. We offer a wide variety of on-site craft wine and beer, with the ability to add cocktails. We have a personal floral and design specialist, pre and post shuttle service, event staff to aid in creating a day-of timeline, an all-inclusive caterer, and an all-in-one location for your ceremony, social hour, and reception.
We also offer an indoor ceremony and social hour space, a complimentary mock wedding experience to explore menu and floral inclusions, transparent pricing with no hidden fees, endless photo backdrops with 190 acres of vineyards, woods, and manicured grounds, and a place to return to for anniversary celebrations.

Incredible Wedding Venue- Bold North Cellars, Alexandria MN
The space is stunning, inside, and out. Minnesota weather can be unpredictable, so having a backup indoor space was very important. Our day ended up being beautiful, and the natural cathedral, our outdoor photos, and the social hour on the Creekside deck turned out beautiful. The Grand Hall is beautiful, and so unique compared to venues in the area. I was speechless when seeing our space for the first time and everyone is still talking about how gorgeous the wedding was from the ceremony space, social area, and the reception. The food was great (the garlic mashed potatoes are seriously the best), and the staff served our 280+ plated dinner without a hitch. Our coordinator and the entire staff were attentive to us and our guests all evening, and everyone was so grateful for the shuttle bus service (included in the wedding package - huge bonus) back to the hotels at the end of the night.
Planning a wedding requires a lot of decisions, and this was by far THE BEST decision we made. Our day was perfect, and we will be forever grateful for Bold North Cellars, and the incredible team that took care of us and our guests on our special day. Thank you! xx A&K

As a vender, providing unique wedding services (live wedding paintings), I cannot express how beautiful the setting and scenery here at Carlos creek winery. The large indoor reception area to the beautiful horse stables and the outdoor Cathedral ceremony area. Also an Amazing place to visit, taste the local wine, listen to live music, take a tour, and simply relax.
