Hired in November to take photos of our elopement. When I hadn't heard from her in April I sent a message asking about the status and how long it would take as I was leaving in July, "holy hannah" was her response...after it having been 5 months. I sent several follow up emails trying to confirm when they were ready. End of June came and went, she kept making excuses, pushing back the date. Final product delivered today and I would cry if it wasn't so laughable and pathetic. The pictures are warped, bent and ruined because she clearly processed them the night before. I waited 8 months for trash. Absolutely disgraceful, poor customer service. Couldn't remember my husbands name despite being constantly corrected and when I mentioned it in an email she was condescending. Granted, Steve can be quite a hard name to wrap your head around.
