Carefree catering catered our rehearsal dinner and our wedding menu. They had so many wonderful choices it was very hard to choose! They were SO helpful at our rehearsal dinner it truly was carefree.

Carol was wonderful, helpful and so easy going about the whole process. We got compliments on the food at our wedding and we had so many options to choose from when selecting our menu. Highly recommend!

I decided to go with Carefree Catering based on their reviews and the ease of their menu selections and prices. I didn't feel confused when making my decisions on prices and meal options unlike other catering companies. I corresponded with them by phone and email. The other reason I decided to go with them is because they provide tablecloths, napkins, glassware, and silverware. I was happy I didn't need to rent tablecloths and that my wedding would have a finished look. Cake cutting service was also included. The staff was very friendly and Gary and Carol were both there to greet me on my wedding day which was nice. My husband and I sat down to our sweet heart table with our cocktail appetizers waiting for us. We were even served and didn't have to get up for food. They were so nice and asked us if we needed anything while we were eating. I was starving at that point so I was very pleased with this! When the wedding was over we were pleased to find left overs boxed up for us and our cake too. We ate wedding left overs for the next two days and loved it! We got compliments on how good the food was from our guests. I was happy with our decision to go with Carefree Catering and so was my husband and Dad.

Carol Shepherd, owner of CareFree Catering, was one of the nicest, most conscientious, professional people I have ever done business with. Not only was the food delicious, both vegetarian and regular, the staff was so professional and fun to be around they help make one of the greatest days in my life, perfect. I am the father of the bride. I had 12 people want the recipe for the meatballs on the appetizer table. My daughter and now son in law live in Pennsylvania, so my wife and I had to do all the leg work here in Florida. We interviewed 3 caterers. Care free was right in the middle price wise, but over the top in actual service. Although my daughter picked 90 % of what they wanted, Carol knew so many little things we just wouldn't have thought of to make it perfect. They were very flexible and very help full. The place settings were beautiful. Every thing was on time, complete,they missed nothing. We couldn't be happier with Carol and her amazing staff. I will never hire any one else for anything catering related and will highly recommend these fine people to any else. Carol and Gary and their team did an awesome job for our son's wedding renewal and party at our home pool side. Carol is a dream to work with as she is so helpful and full of great ideas. Their prices are so reasonable especially when you take into consideration everything they give you for the price of the dinner! Carol even was able to provide some of the table centerpieces that I needed, saving me a lot of money. My tables were beautiful and the linens they provided were perfect for our beachside pool side wedding. The food was amazing! We had 40 guests and not only did everyone have more than plenty to eat but everyone couldn't stop talking about how delicious all of the food was. The beef tenderloin was out of this world and beautifully carved for each guest. I would highly recommend the beef tenderloin if you want a delicious and beautiful dinner. The chicken picata, rice, ceaser salad, and roasted Brussels sprouts were also amazing! Not too many people would ever think of serving roasted Brussels sprouts but I'm so glad I did as not only did it look beautiful on the plate but everyone, even those that don't like Brussels sprouts raved about it! We also used their bar tender and she did an amazing job! Carol and her staff serving our dinner and party were so professional and friendly to all of our guests! I only wish we had another party to hold so I could use Carefeee Catering again! I highly recommend them for any venue you may be hosting, but especially a wedding. They also have many recommendations for other vendors you may need. We had a wonderful wedding and party and it could not have been done without them! My deep gratitude to Gary for cooking such an amazing dinner and putting up with all of my requests! Thank you to all at Carefeee Catering!

Gary, Carol, and the staff at Carefree Catering helped make our wedding day incredibly easy and enjoyable. We had an afternoon wedding and reception with 30 guests at my mother's home in Palm Coast. Carefree Catering provided heavy hors d'oeuvres, bartending service for our beer and wine, cake cutting service, and champagne toast service. Their reasonable price included all of the linens, plates, glassware, and utensils.

Gary, Carol, and their staff arrived hours ahead of time to set everything up, provided excellent service during the event, and cleaned everything up afterward. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I was particularly impressed with the customer service they offered. Gary and Carol are very personable and professional. The other staff members were extremely attentive without being obtrusive.

Just like the company’s name says, it was completely carefree! This was a huge plus not only for me, the bride, but for my mother, as she didn’t have to worry about cleaning anything up after everyone left her home. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them for any event.
