Menu prices are based on a 50 person minimum. There may be an up charge for parties under 50 guests.
Confirmation of exact number of guest is due 7 days in advance of the event. An 18% service charge will be added to the final bill. These fees cover the cost associated with liability insurance, the use of sternos, serving bowls, utensils, food carriers, delivery equipment, and event planning.
A 30% deposit is required. The balance is due in full 7 days prior to the event with check, cash or credit card.
Menu prices are subject to change without notice. Written proposals are guaranteed for 30 days. A date is not secured until an event contract is signed and deposit is received.
Staff attire for formal events consists of white tuxedo shirt, black vest, black tie, black tuxedo pants and shoes. Casual attire is Cardinal Catering shirt and khaki pants or shorts.
