Cardinal catering is hands down the best catering business. They make amazing food and the whole staff is amazing! I will recommend them to everyone!

Pre-Wedding:: We met Cardinal Catering (CC) one time for an initial tasting. Being that I am a stickler for details, I pestered CC quite often asking them questions and they responded promptly. We had a hard time picking our menu but CC was able to provide suggestions to aid in our final decision.

Reception:: Simply put, the food was amazing! We still get compliments on the meal after two months. We had a plated dinner and everyone (16 tables / ~110 guests) received their meals within 20 minutes easily. I may be partial, but other guests confirmed this as well, but that was the best reception food I’ve ever had. If I got that at a restaurant I would have been ecstatic. Another reason we chose CC was that they cooked the food in their own kitchen truck on site. Meaning that the food was as fresh as it can be rather than sitting in a truck as it travels to the venue.

The food CC makes in amazing. They were easy to work with and assisted my wife and I throughout the entire planning process. They were also able to assist with other items (e.g. lighting candles on tables) prior to guests arriving at the reception hall. I wouldn’t hesitate to use CC again.

Becky and her staff were truly amazing to work with at my wedding. The food was the best catering food I have ever had and I received so many compliments from my guests. One of the entrées was a dish that Becky had suggested to me after my taste test with her and I completely trusted her judgement because it was probably the best dish at my wedding. Thank you so much for making my wedding day amazing!

Every guest I talked to said, "..the best wedding food I have ever had." All the food was hot & delicious. Super glad that Becky recommended the deep fried biscuits with apple butter to go along with the meal instead of the dinner rolls. They fit right in with our menu & they were phenomenal.

Most of the staff was very kind. There was a little confusing about where the iced tea was. As far as I know, none of my guests found it. However, everyone was happy that the water was flowing.

I hunted high and low for excellent food at a reasonable cost. Cardinal Catering is it. Becky is a dear to work with. She was so flexible. I made several changes over the year. She didn't bat an eye. Just went with it. I will be using her again for all my events.
